📱 Mobile App Publishing & Maintenance Policy
We provide free Android apps with our annual plans. However, the following policies will apply when making the app live on the Google Play Store:
1. One-time Publishing Fee
To publish your brand's app on the Play Store, you will have to pay a one-time setup fee of ৳3,000 (three thousand taka).
Note: Publishing an app on the Google Play Store officially costs $25, which we will manage for you at an affordable price.
2. Free Updates and Maintenance
Once the app is published, we will provide any future technical updates and server-side maintenance of the app completely free of charge. Any changes made to your website will automatically update the app.
3. App Ownership and Account
The app will be published from our official Google Play Console account.
If a customer wants to publish the app on their own Play Console account, they will need to provide the necessary access and our setup fee will apply.
4. App Publishing Timeline
After providing the required logo, description and information, the app is usually made live within 7 to 10 working days after the Play Store review. (This depends on Google's review time).
5. Policy Violation
If your store has any products or content that violates Google's policies (such as copyrighted content or illegal products), Obikol will not be responsible if Google rejects the app.
